A booking guarantee of $30 per person is required to secure your table. This amount will be charged at the time of booking. The booking guarantee is non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. Changes to guest numbers must be made within Carnivore’s standard booking policy timeframes. This is a fixed New Year’s Eve menu and cannot be altered on the night. Dietary requirements must be noted in your booking comments at time of reservation. While the kitchen will do its best to accommodate dietary needs, substitutions cannot always be guaranteed. Seating times are allocated per session and tables must be vacated at the end of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened dining experience. The Carnivore reserves the right to make minor menu adjustments due to seasonal availability or supply. By booking, you agree to these terms.
